$2000 = $850 Program Fee + $1150 One Pair of Lenses*
Initial Evaluation | Evaluation of the fit and power of initial custom Orthokeratology lenses. Specialized ocular treatment zone imaging is included throughout the program as needed.
Insertion & Removal Training | Training on safe care, insertion, and removal of rigid contact lenses.
One Week Evaluation | Evaluation of custom Ortho-K lens fit, vision, eye health and treatment zone.
One Month Evaluation | Monitoring of custom Ortho-K lenses and achievement of full myopia treatment.
Six Month Myopia Progression Evaluation | Prescription update, current Ortho-K lens fit and power evaluation, and monitoring of myopia treatment progress.
Due to the custom design of orthokeratology lenses, any necessary changes to contact lens power or fit must be custom ordered throughout the length of the membership.
Yearly Membership Renewal
$1650 = $500 Program Fee + $1150 Pair of Lenses*
Renewal Evaluation | Current custom Ortho-K lens fit and power evaluation and myopia treatment progress update.
Six Month Myopia Progression Evaluation | Prescription update, current custom Ortho-K lens fit and power evaluation, and monitoring of myopia treatment progress.
To ensure the success of the Paragon Orthokeratology treatment program, a minimum night-time contact lens wear schedule of 7 hours per night is required.
