At Redmond Eye Clinic, we treat the person behind the eyes. We believe in providing the members of our community with friendly, efficient, and expert care.
Friendly Care
Our staff and doctors are friendly so that you feel welcome and truly cared for. “Caring for you” is not just a term with a medical application but with human application too. We make you feel welcome with our smiles, our empathy, and with our good old-fashioned people skills. This way, we know you’ll be more likely to trust our care and hopefully tell others about us too.
Efficient Care
Our staff and doctors are efficient so that you are best served. Efficient does not mean fast, although we strive to respect your time. It means we strive to serve you in the best possible manner without wasting time. Some patients need more time than others, based on their needs. Some insurances pay faster than others. Some orders arrive sooner than others, etc. Our expert knowledge, advanced skills, and timeliness permit us to serve you efficiently.
Expert Care
Our staff and doctors are experts in the craft of caring for you. Let’s face it, medicine and the business of health care is complex. Our staff is well versed in the nuances of insurance, in the emergence of new technologies, and in simply treating you kindly. Our doctors work at honing their diagnostic skills, adjust their treatment modalities as new research emerges, and keep connected with other experts in the medical community.
Premium Glasses and Eye Care Products
All the products we sell are premium. Frames and lenses are not commodities, as big box discounters and online retailers lead the public to believe. They are not all the same. We carry eyeglass frames of good workmanship, lenses of superior ophthalmic grade, and modern contact lenses and dry eye treatment products. Premium does not necessarily mean expensive; we competitively price our products relative to the value they deliver to you. We employ the “mom test” at Redmond Eye Clinic: If we wouldn’t sell it to our moms, we wouldn’t sell it to you.
